Celebrate Christmas with Santa’s hardworking elves as they enjoy their festive reward! Start at the Village Green with joyful jingles and jolly dancing, then watch the frosty fun unfold at the Winter Olympics, before the elves cosy up for a festive, fun-filled panto.

Our grotto experience leads you through three fascinating scenes with characters that come to life through a magical story of Christmas.
GROUP MEETING WITH SANTA CLAUS
Have your little ones’ dreams come true as they meet Santa and his elves and share their magical Christmas wish.
A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR EACH PAID CHILD TICKET
Our thoughtfully selected gifts are sure to bring smiles to the faces of the little ones, making their visit all the more special.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please be aware that this year’s grotto is an OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE around the lake at the back of Grass Hoppers Indoor and Outdoor Play Area.
We strongly recommend dressing appropriately for unpredictable weather conditions.
We’d advise all customers wear a waterproof coat and suitable footwear as the terrain can become wet with the woodland walk around the lake being outside.
We'd also recommend bringing an umbrella as we will be unable to provide these if it rains.
Entry to Grass Hoppers is not included your Grotto experience.
